Bernadette MacKinnon

Charlotte has been a MultiLit tutor for nearly two years and recently completed a Bachelor of Arts (Pathway to Teaching Primary). Passionate about helping children build confidence in reading, she loves seeing students achieve what once felt impossible. In her new role as Senior Tutor, Charlotte looks forward to supporting other tutors and fostering a positive, encouraging environment for both staff and students.

A desire for a career change saw Gareth Chandler retrain as an educator and find a passion for literacy intervention. Now a Senior Tutor at the Macquarie Park MultiLit Literacy Centre, Gareth plays a vital role in both tutoring students and mentoring new staff. He finds deep fulfillment in helping children overcome literacy challenges, believing strongly that it’s never too late to rebuild the foundations of reading and writing.

Lea is a passionate advocate for children and literacy, bringing warmth, wisdom and a wealth of experience to her role as Senior Tutor at MultiLit. With a background in social work and a personal journey navigating the education system as a parent, she is driven by a heartfelt mission: to ensure every child can thrive as a confident reader. Her dedication continues to inspire students, families and colleagues alike.

With a background in cognitive science and a keen interest in how we learn, Kristin Green joined MultiLit in 2021 and quickly discovered a passion for the Science of Reading. Now a Senior Tutor at our Subiaco centre, she is dedicated to helping children build strong foundations in literacy, while supporting tutors and families every step of the way.
