- Assessment and placement $500
A MultiLit Literacy Centre assessment is necessary to evaluate your child's literacy skills and to determine which of our programs would be the most beneficial. Assessments are conducted in Centre or online. Parents/Carers then receive a printed summary of results and verbal feedback to discuss enrolment recommendations. MultiLit Literacy Centres assessments are valid for program commencement within two terms (one semester). A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required upon booking an assessment. Note that 50% of the assessment fee is payable if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
To book an assessment or register interest in a literacy program, please call 1300 559 919 or contact us.
Private health funds and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
If you have private health insurance or have a child or adult registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) you may be eligible to claim some financial rebate from the costs incurred from undertaking a MultiLit program.
You will need to check with your private health fund provider and the NDIS to ensure that you are eligible to make a claim for these services.
MultiLit is not a Registered Provider within the National Disability Scheme (NDIS), parents may still be eligible to claim via their NDIS funding arrangements (utilising MultiLit services as Non-Registered Provider), if they have elected to Self-Manage their Childs Participation Plan when setting up arrangements with the NDIS for their child’s funding.
Please note: parents cannot claim funds until registering their child as a NDIS participant and gaining approval as Self-Managed Participant. Expenses incurred prior to this NDIS approval cannot be claimed.
MultiLit recommends that parents contact the NDIS directly for further information:
